Stage 4 begins in Ogden City with the riders climbing up the very steep North Ogden Pass then descending down to complete 3 laps around Pineview Reservoir. Then they ride down to Ogden City again to climb once more up North Ogden Pass but instead of passing Pineview they will climb up the super steep (15%) grade up to Power Mtn. ski resort for a mountaintop finish.
