2015 Crusher in the Tushar
Photos from the 5th edition of the premier on/off road cycling race held in the Tushar Mountains of central Utah. This race is the creation of ex-pro roadie, Burke Swindlehurst who grew up in the town of Beaver, Utah where the race has it's start. Beaver is known as the birthplace of Butch Cassidy and Philo T. Farnsworth, the inventor of TV. The race is a killer - 70 miles long, 10,000 vertical feet of climbing with the finish line at an elevation of 10,400 feet. My assignment this year was to feature the volunteers and sponsors who's generosity make this race possible. Of course, I had to add a few race photos just to keep it real. Check it out!
