2015 Tour of Utah - STAGE 5
Stage 5 was a tough and fast circuit race around the avenues and Capitol hill neighborhoods featuring the steep 20% grade on the Zane Street climb. It consisted of 7 laps for a total of 55 miles and 4,900 feet of climbing. A fierce two man attack by MTN Qhubeka held on until the final circuit only to be swallowed up by the pack. Then to top it off, a crazy freak wind & rainstorm hit during the awards ceremony toppling the finish line arch hitting the photographer scrum sending one person to the hospital.
