Stage 5 of the Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah started out today in Layton, Utah heading west, then north before looping back to the start line for a sprint spot. From there the riders rode north briefly onto Hill Air Force Base where they were feted by a low flying group of fighter jets, much like you see at the Tour de France. From there the riders rode south, then east climbing up the very steep Bountiful Bench climb. They faced 2 laps up the climb followed by a fast descent for a sprint finish on Main Street, Bountiful City. 115 miles total and like previous days, it was hot, hot, hot!
